Practical Info<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1594104267910{margin-top: 30px !important;margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”]What do I need to bring for my stay?<\/strong>
\nWe ask all helpers and visitors who stay overnight to bring the following:<\/p>\n
    \n
  • Bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase) and a towel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    or<\/p>\n

      \n
    • a sleeping bag, a fitted sheet (to protect the mattress), a pillowcase and a towel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Also proving to be useful can be:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Flashlight<\/li>\n
      • warm clothing<\/li>\n
      • Clothing and shoes for Seva (voluntary service e.g. in the garden)<\/li>\n
      • Earplugs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        House Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • No meat, fish, alcohol, drugs<\/li>\n
        • All houses and the entire center premises are smoke-free zones. There is a small designated smoking area located in the garden.<\/li>\n
        • Sleeping time between 22.00 and 6.00 o’clock.<\/li>\n
        • Please enter the meditation room and library only without shoes but with socks.<\/li>\n
        • Dogs cannot be brought along.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
